The goods purchased in our online store MobiClub are guaranteed for 14 days from the date of receipt of the goods. The product can be returned or exchanged during the warranty period, subject to the following conditions:
- Transport films have
not been removed (removed and re-applied film is considered removed)
- No mechanical damage
(impacts, chips, scratches)
- Preservation of
presentation
- Not bent, not torn,
not peeled off from the base of the cable (sensors, displays, modules)
- No traces of
soldering, disassembly, self-repair
- Removed or damaged
warranty sticker
For goods disassembled or used, the warranty rules are separate, for more information check with our managers, also goods marked used (used) may have slight external imperfections, such as scuffs, scratches.
If the exchange of goods for a similar one is impossible due to its absence in the warehouse or for other reasons, the amount paid by you for the goods is refunded. If you buy an item by cash on delivery, there is no refund for the refund
Attention! The transport company is responsible for the safety and integrity of the goods during transportation, please carefully check the goods upon receipt at the office of the carrier company in the presence of an employee, if you find damage or any other discrepancy in the goods, please contact us.
We guarantee good packaging and insurance of the goods to minimize possible damage in transit
The stock code or part number of the spare part may differ, but this does not affect the performance

If you ordered a product that does not meet your needs on your own, then delivery to replace the product you need is paid in both directions by you.
To exchange or return goods, just
contact us by phone and indicate your order details. The exchange of goods is
made only if it is available in the warehouse, in other cases the manager will
offer you a refund to the card or to your personal balance. Refunds to the card
are made within 24 hours after the manager receives the details. Please note
that the payment can be credited to your account up to 2 days
